If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the tracking number provided then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
- You provided the wrong address for delivery.
- There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided.
- The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
- The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
Please keep track of your tracking number and follow the tracking information via the link provided in the confrontation email to ensure delivery of your purchase gets completed as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.
Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received by the customer. If a refund is required please contact us through our Contact Page or Email: email@example.com with your order number, full name and reason for return. Return delivery charges will be at your own expense.
If you would like to return for a different size please send the item back for a full refund and re-order the preferred size online.
