Keeping it bright

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. A soft polishing cloth will quickly bring back its shine. For a deeper clean, use warm water with a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft brush, then dry it properly.

Worth avoiding

Sterling silver is made for everyday wear, including water. Strong chemicals and household cleaning products are best avoided. For gold-plated pieces, limiting prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water and perfume will help preserve the finish for longer.

Storing it

Keep pieces separate rather than loose together, so chains do not tangle or scratch each other. Always dry before storing.

Gold pieces are plated in 18ct gold over solid .925 sterling silver and finished with a protective E-coating. Use a soft dry cloth rather than a silver polishing cloth, which is abrasive and will wear the plating over time.

How to claim

Email us with your order number and a photo. We will assess it and come back to you with a repair, a replacement, or advice on the best fix.

Full warranty terms

1. What length should I choose? (chains and necklaces only)

Every chain is listed in centimetres and inches, and most include around 5cm of adjustment through a removable extender. A 50cm chain can be worn anywhere between 50cm and 55cm. See the length guide to find where each one sits.

2. What size do I need? (rings only)

Ring sizes are listed in US, UK and EU. If you already own a ring that fits, measure the inside diameter and match it against our conversion chart. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.

3. How do I measure my wrist? (bracelets only)

Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets and measure it flat against a ruler. Add a little for comfort, or use the fit guide for the exact allowance.

4. Is it real silver?

Yes. Every piece is solid .925 sterling silver, stamped .925, and solid rather than hollow. Gold pieces are the same sterling silver base with 18ct gold plating and a protective E-coating.

5. Will it tarnish?

Sterling silver is a real precious metal, so it develops a patina over time. That is normal and it polishes off with a soft cloth. It is not the same as plated jewellery, where a thin coating wears through to the base metal underneath and does not come back.

6. Will the gold wear off?

Our gold pieces are 18ct gold plated over solid sterling silver with a protective E-coating. They hold up to normal everyday wear. Keeping them away from chlorine, salt water and perfume makes them last longer.

7. Can I shower and train in it?

Yes. These are made to be worn every day, through sweat, training and showering. We would keep them out of chlorinated pools and the sea where you can, and away from harsh chemicals.

8. Will it turn my skin green?

No. Green marks come from cheap base metals like brass and copper. Our jewellery is solid sterling silver and hypoallergenic.

9. How long does delivery take, and will I pay customs?

10. Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days with tracked returns. Sale items are refunded as store credit, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

11. What if something goes wrong with it?

Every piece is covered by our Lifetime Jewellery Warranty. If there is a genuine issue, we will repair or replace it.
