Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my order?

Express Shipping orders will usually take 2/3 business days.

Standard Shipping orders will usually take 5/7 business days.

We aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours of being placed. All orders will receive a tracking link to securely track your package.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer free express shipping on all orders over €100

How can I track my package?

Once your order is sent you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number on it. If you click on your tracking number it will bring you directly to the live tracking of your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our jewellery all over the globe.

Will I need to pay customs and duty fees?

There is NO customs or duty fees on all UK, EU & USA orders.

For all other international countries, orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges. Please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, We offer 14 days returns.

If you wish to return any item please reach out to us at info@commonlines.com and the team will guide you through our returns process.

How can I return my order?

All items should be sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging.

Our earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

How long after I receive my order can I ask for a refund?

You can return your items up to 14 days after receipt of delivery.

During Holiday periods we are happy to extend our returns period to 30 days.

How long will it take to get my refund?

We aim to process all returned orders within 7 working days of delivery back to us.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been confirmed.

Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.

Sales & Promotional Returns

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, Sale and Promotional orders will be offered store credit to the sale price.

Warranty & Repair

Do you offer warranty for your products?

Yes all our products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us as soon as possible when noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

How does the warranty work?

If your product is damaged, fades or does not work under normal use, the warranty gives you the right to a one-time replacement of the jewelry for free - all we ask is that you cover the shipping costs, that's all!

How can I use my lifetime warranty?

Please contact us at info@commonlines.com with your order number and images of the item showing the fault and our customer service team will resolve this for you.

Products & Fit

How do I care for my jewellery?

To ensure your jewellery remains looking as new and shiny as possible, We strongly recommend you to follow our aftercare instructions. 

Sterling Silver is a precious metal and will last a lifetime once looked after properly. All products made from sterling silver can oxidize over time due to exposure to the air and chemicals. 

Here are some tips to keep your precious metals in great condition: 

  • Polish with a silver polishing cloth.
  • Store in its Common Lines dust bag when not in use.
  • Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes & deodorant.
  • Remove jewellery before swimming, showering and heavy exercise.

Can I get my pieces wet?

All our jewellery is waterproof but like all precious metals, to maintain our pieces for the longest time, you will want to keep away from any harsh chemicals.

All Common Lines jewellery is waterproof, sweat-proof and heatproof.

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancelations.
